An All-India Solar Training Programme by Su-Kam
A product is only as good as the network that installs and services it. Su-Kam ran an all-India solar training programme to build exactly that capability.
The programme took the Solar Awareness Team and trainers across the country, teaching dealers and technicians how solar works, how to size and install systems, and how to support customers — turning a sales channel into a technically literate network.
It is the human infrastructure behind Su-Kam's reach: thousands of trained hands that made solar dependable in every corner of India under Kunwer Sachdev.
