Recovered Su-Kam archive Innovation August 2009

About this page — a recovered blog post from the Su-Kam era, originally published on blog.su-kam.com during Kunwer Sachdev's tenure as Founder & MD. The original blog was lost after Su-Kam's insolvency; this page is reconstructed from the Internet Archive and preserved as a historical record.

Su-Kam Presents a Futuristic Range of Solar Products

In 2009 — years before solar went mainstream in India — Su-Kam was already presenting a 'futuristic' range of solar products, while most of the industry was still focused only on inverters.

That early vision of solar inverters, PCUs and charge controllers positioned Su-Kam as a pioneer when the National Solar Mission was only just getting started.

The bet was simple and early: solar would become everyday infrastructure, and the company that productised it first would lead.

History proved Kunwer Sachdev right — and this post is one of the earliest markers of that foresight.
