Su-Kam — The ISA Technovation Award

In 2011, Su-Kam won the ISA (Indian Semiconductor Association) Technovation Award in the energy category — national recognition for its product innovation in power electronics and solar.

The company's Solar Power Conditioning Unit earned the Excellence Award in the Energy Category from the India Electronics and Semiconductor Association (IESA) — singling out the integrated solar PCU that would come to define Su-Kam's solar identity.

Coming from the semiconductor and electronics industry's own body, the award validated the R&D depth behind Su-Kam — the same engineering that produced India's first plastic-body inverter and first sine-wave inverter.

It was one of many honours that built Kunwer Sachdev's reputation as an inventor first and an entrepreneur second.
