A Fan-and-Blower Factory in Yamunanagar Put 100 kW on the Roof. That Was the Point.

Under my watch as CEO & MD — Multivent Engineers, Manakpur / Yamunanagar: Su-Kam grid-tie on a 24×7 industrial load. That factory-belt proof is part of why people called me the Solar Man of India.

Media — Su-Kam blog (Wayback) + Facebook 2 Jun 2016: Multivent Engineers, Manakpur / Yamunanagar — ~100 kW load · 30 × 3 kVA grid-tie · 400 × 250 W panels · ~400–450 units/day. No separate Energetica/NCN leaf found.

Why a Factory Roof Mattered to Me

People remember the Solar Man of India for big campus megawatts and rural DC homes. Under my leadership as CEO & MD, I also needed the other half of the map: Haryana’s industrial belts — fans, blowers, dust collectors running around the clock, owners staring at a monthly grid bill and asking whether solar was real or a brochure.

Multivent was that kind of proof. Not a PSU naming ceremony. Not a metro parking canopy. A manufacturer in HSIIDC Manakpur who needed power for the machines that paid the wages. When that roof went live and the company blog could write the specs in public, dealers from Ludhiana to Yamunanagar had a story they could walk into the next factory with. That channel truth — manufacture, distribute, install, publish — is the angle that stuck to my name.

What the Su-Kam Blog Recorded

The company article (still readable on Wayback) is specific. Multivent Engineers (est. 2005) — centrifugal fans, blowers, dust collectors — solarised about 100 kW of running load with Su-Kam grid-tie inverters and panels. Technical line as published:

  • Grid-tie inverters — 3 kVA × 30
  • Solar panels — 100 kW (250 W / 24 V × 400)
  • Expected generation about 400–450 units/day
  • Design intent: run weekday load on solar; feed surplus to the grid on offs / light load under net metering

Title on the page: “Woah! Company in Haryana Installs 100 KVA Grid tie Solar System. But Why? The Reason Makes Sense.” Body talks 100 kW load and 100 kW of panels. We keep the media wording; we do not invent a different capacity.

The Distributor Path — How Industrial Solar Actually Moved

The blog names the people who made the job real. Customer side: Mr. Pawan Dhiman. Channel side: Mr. Harwinder, Su-Kam diamond distributor — Solarium Solar Power Systems, Ludhiana, with a Yamunanagar outlet — site inspection, then the grid-tie recommendation because Yamunanagar gets strong sun and the state had an attractive net-metering story.

That is the Solar Man of India operating system in miniature: I built the products and the brand; diamond distributors carried them into industrial estates; a named factory published the result. Without Harwinder’s yardstick on that roof, Multivent stays a spreadsheet. With it, Haryana’s factory belt had a reference plant.

On the Same Haryana Map

Companions already live — EIL Sector 16, ITM carport + Rani Polymers, Clay Craft Jaipur for named industrial press. Multivent is Yamunanagar’s Manakpur leaf: fans and blowers, not a college parking shed. Facebook carried the one-liner on 2 June 2016 with the blog link — channel ammunition the same week.

What I Want on Record

Kunwer Sachdev — CEO & MD of Su-Kam · Solar Man of India. Multivent Engineers, Manakpur / Yamunanagar: ~100 kW grid-tie as written in Su-Kam’s blog — 30 × 3 kVA inverters, 400 × 250 W panels, ~400–450 units/day — via diamond distributor Harwinder (Solarium). Founder framing: industrial Haryana proof under my watch, not only institutional prestige roofs.

FAQ

What did Su-Kam install at Multivent Engineers?

Per Su-Kam’s company blog (Wayback): Multivent Engineers in Manakpur industrial area, Yamunanagar, solarised about 100 kW of running load with Su-Kam grid-tie inverters and panels — technical line 30 × 3 kVA grid-tie inverters and 400 × 250 W panels (100 kW). Generation framed at about 400–450 units per day. The blog title uses “100 KVA grid tie.”

Who is Multivent Engineers?

Established 2005; supplier, manufacturer and exporter of industrial equipment — centrifugal fans, blowers, dust collectors and related gear. Address in the blog: HSIIDC Manakpur Industrial Area, Sector 30-A, Haryana. They needed electricity around the clock for factory load and faced a heavy monthly grid bill before solar.

How did the order reach Su-Kam?

The blog names customer contact Mr. Pawan Dhiman and Su-Kam diamond distributor Mr. Harwinder of Solarium Solar Power Systems (Ludhiana; with an outlet in Yamunanagar). Site inspection, then a grid-tie design so daytime load ran on solar and surplus could feed the grid under net metering on offs / light-load days.

Is there third-party trade press?

No separate Energetica / NCN / Electronics Maker leaf naming Multivent + Su-Kam was found. Primary media is the Su-Kam company blog (Wayback) and the Facebook post of 2 June 2016 linking that article.

Why does Kunwer Sachdev call this a Solar Man of India story?

As CEO & MD he framed industrial Haryana — not only campuses and PSUs — as where solar had to land for the brand to mean something in the factory belt. Multivent is a named plant with specs, a diamond distributor path, and a public blog write-up under his watch: manufacture-and-install solar for a real 24×7 industrial load.
